A Night In The Alleyway

This is the story of a killer...a wanted killer in teh brand new city of Moki on Mobius. The city has been trying to get the theif since the city opened. He blasted many of teh buildings, and has brilliant disguises to hide himself...though we know that he cannot escape...Not until the whole city is burned to a crisp..We have discovered his plans and his secret base, but he led us to his, and trapped two of ours in it with an explosion and he got up and left the place before we could get him. We need agents who can disguise themselves as best as they can to get in and befriend him, only to double-cross him and get him to us without killing him or getting killed yourself. Please help us with this monster.
A brand new city on the planet of Mobius...Newly paved roads, newly placed shops and homes and businesses...Every city has it's main criminal, so say most legends...The newly paved roads' scents filled the air as the one fox walked into the city, a smirk spread across his lips. He wore only a dark brown hat, a small belt with a gun slipped into the corner of it. "My home now..." he whispered, drawing the gun. He aimed carelessly and shot the bakery and a business to the left. He laughed as he put the gun back in it;s sheath and ran to one of the alleys near the bakery.
A fox sat in a detectives' office, twirling a small pen in her hands. "Great...Another case on this stupid fox-boy... I think the name we've given him fits..Viper... Great..This Viper guy is getting on my nerves..I can't do anything with this guy running around the city!" She slammed the pen on the desk, and it went flying to the wall. "Why is it I that always gets stuck with the lunatic jobs of finding lunatic killers and mysteries?" she asked, as she fixed the items on her desk. The door opened and a hedgehog walked in. "Another case, Fiddle." he said sighing, "I fear it's another Viper incident." She sighed again and nodded. "Just set it in my in-box," Fiddle said quietly, "I'll take a look in a second."

I was bored so I went in search of a Sonic character that I've tried before and totally failed at. So I decided to draw Rouge the Bat since she always was a challenge for me...I found a pretty good reference ( link ) and I started to draw. Well, here she is finished now.
I have so much that I failed at on her though. xD
- I MESSED UP HER EARS.
- Her right boob is way to big. D:
- Her butt looks big (I mean really big)
- I messed up with the wings, they're too small
- I hands are terrible, as why they are hiding in the border
- I screwed up the things on the top of her boots and gloves
- Her left eye is really sloppy
- Her hair is messed up
- Everything below the heart is messed up! D<
- Must I go on?

The mistakes with this one:
- I accidently saved the orignal in JPEG instead of PNG, so I had to draw the black over the blue. D:
- Her right hand is messed up
-I had drawn teh dress to big and then shrunk it, thus now being to small
- And that's about it...
